Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package.

We will work with you to replace or refund your item.

Custom Studio Policy
All custom studio creations, including custom bonnets, Satin Shield shower caps, Mommy + Me sets, and Kids Crown pieces, are made specifically for your order and are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items.
